CHAPTER 119 Evelyn Is Devastated

Evelyn’s blind trust for Ethan had been shattered; she felt like her heart also had scattered. Even though she had tried before, but she wasn’t able to think if they will find Ethan at fault after the paternity test report, then whether she would have the heart to forgive him and move on or not.

She walked in a daze with Skylar and didn’t get in the car, and stopped Skylar, too. “Sister, I want to be alone for some time. You please go home, I will be back later in a few hours.” Evelyn said in a blank tone.

From the moment they had received the report till now, Skylar hadn’t said a word, but now she can’t let her sister drown in the ocean of grief for nothing.

“No, Eve, you are coming home with me,” Skylar said sternly and beckoned Evelyn to get in. Evelyn gasped.

She didn’t have the courage to face anybody from Edward’s family, let alone Ethan.
