Chapter 111

Celestine’s POV

“I will court you, Celestine. I will show you that I am worth the risk… again.”

I take a deep breath while staring at the sky blue peaceful sky. The sun is shining brightly but gladly, it doesn’t hurtfully strike through my skin. Hit by the blinding light of the sun along with the warm breeze of the wind here on my small balcony, it feels refreshing.

My head turned on my closed door when I heard three consecutive knocks. “Come in,” I confidently replied.

There are only a few people who knock on my door. Whoever it was, I am pretty sure I won’t be awkward to face them with my morning face.

I tied tightly my robe around my waist while I watched the door push open from the other side.

“Good morning,” Clement greeted.

I smiled at him. “Morning,” I replied.

“Sure.”

Clement closed the door behind him after he stepped inside. He then walks towards me.
