Thinking back to last night when Princeton took me to the beautiful lake with the waterfall had a smile on my face but it quickly went away when I thought back to our talk. I felt exhausted. My body just felt numb. It's been two years since I thought about Emmanuel and what he did to me that it just completely drained me. Princeton's arms had been the only thing keeping me standing. I clenched my eyes shut as the memory of that night kept crossing my mind. I had apologized but he just shook his head saying that I didn't need to be sorry because I didn't do anything wrong and he just held me.
