Chapter 11: Saving Luna

Simon came home late. He’s done a lot of work in the business Samuel left behind. He was exhausted. He immediately went directly to the kitchen to get water. When he saw Ella, he immediately came close to her. He laid his hand on his niece’s shoulder and kissed her head, then went straight to the refrigerator and got some water.

“I was worried about you earlier; this criminal seems crazy,” said Simon, pouring water into the glass. “And your friend—I don’t know whether she’s as mad as that criminal.”

When Simon closed the fridge, he drank water right away. He was surprised as the light went on. From behind, Ella spoke.

“Why are you holding on in the dark? There’s a light.” Ella went into the fridge. “Hi, uncle. Why are you late?”

Simon frowned and turned toward the left. Luna was there, eyebrows up, looking at him.

“Eeew, uncle!” Ella yelled

Simon spilled his water on Ella when he saw Luna. “You are here!” Simon was shocked.
