LYRA'S POV

The damp road beneath my feet felt like a trail of forgotten memories, each step echoing the pain within me. The moon, now a distant companion, cast its glow on the wet leaves brushing against my ankles. As I walked through the deserted palace halls, the memories of the Royal hall flooded my mind.
