Trust Me

Hazel's POV

Umera is looking at me for a while now.

" Wow "

He just said that then smiled.

" I have never seen someone this beautiful "

He is drunk.

He stood up while swaying.

" My heart, where is it "

He was looking around him, the women around us kept laughing.

" Oh, here it is "

He pointed at me, I heard Alex giggle, I couldn't laugh.

Now I'm in a room with five vampires and an idiot drunk head cheating on me.

" We have to leave "

I told him trying to grab his hand but he snatched it.

" No no, I'm not, loving you anymore "

I looked around me, how can I drag him out.

" What are you saying? We have to leave! "

I told him again trying to hug him to push him towards the door.

"Hazel, I'm not going with you, I'm a bad person, leave me "

He kept screaming, I was dragging him by his hair, good he recognizes me.

" Where are you dragging our beast? "

" We didn't have fun yet "

" Hey, capture her "

The women captured me and Alex started fighting with them.

I don't know what is happening anymore, I just want to leave this dirty room to cry outside.

So I did, dragging Umera by his hand with me.

There's a well nearby, I held the bucket and poured it at Umera's face.

He gasped for some air then looked at me in surprise.

" Hazel? What are you doing here?"

He looked at his clothes and the red lipstick marks on his body.

" What happened? "

He freaked out then asked.

" If I was late just for a minute, you'll be dead by now, YOU WERE HAVING FUN WITH SOME VAMPIRES! "

I screamed at the end trying to leave but he grabbed me from behind to hug me.

" Hazel I swear, I don't remember anything than.. "

" Than? "

He stopped talking.

" You left the room yesterday at night, where were you? "

" ... "

" Well, I'm leaving "

I told him, but before I do anything I heard screaming, buildings, houses falling apart.

" Oh god, what is happening "

" Hazel we have to go now"

He told me and there a strange person, their mouth full of blood, their claws are tall they are coming towards us.

Umera pushed me behind him and the person attacked.

I gasped trying to find any weapon on the ground to help him.

But I found other vampires coming towards us.

WHAT is happening?

" Umera be careful! "

He was fighting with his bare hands but suddenly, a strange sound came from his mouth.

Like Wolf's howl.

He starts to fight more faster, his claws became long and sharp.

His hair became silver his skin turned white.

My knees couldn't hold enough, I sat down on the ground looking at him turned into a complete wolf.

I saw this wolf somewhere before.

After a while he ripped the last attacker apart, he is back to normal, naked, full of injuries.

He looked at me while I was stunned by what happened just now.

He fell to the ground.

There was a donkey nearby holding a carriage, I ran towards it quickly.

Ride the donkey to Umera's location.

I jumped to the ground to grab Umera's arms trying to drag him, it's raining so much, to the ground is slippery.

" Umera, we're leaving, please hold on"

I successfully put him on the carriage, when I turned I found Alex In front of my face.

" So that is your final answer? "

He said while coming more closer.

" Running away from my kingdom without killing the king, is that it? "

He talks while looking inside my eyes.

I looked behind him to find hundreds of vampires.

How did they even enter the kingdom?

" I tried to let you see the true colors of Silver, no, of Umera, but why are you so stupid? Still holding on to him "

He said and one tear fell from my eye.

We're not going to make it.

Before I blink, he was holding my cheeks pulling me to a deep kiss.

I was trying to move but I was  stunned by his sudden action.

" One day, you will be inside my arms, Hazel, maybe not today, but one day"

He whispered while kissing me again

" The eyes that were looking at you through your door, weren't his, never his, but mine "

I furrowed my eyebrows, what does he even mean?

He backed away a little while holding my shoulders.

" I hope you remember me quickly, I hope you get your memory back, know who is your real enemy "

When he said that he looked at his vampires leaving me.

" Let their pass"

He shouted and the kingdom doors begin to open Infront of my eyes.

I got on the carriage while looking at Alex.

Then We're out of here.

After five hours.

I don't know where to go, it's raining hard, every village is on fire or black smoke.

I couldn't find anywhere to hide.

I looked at Umera who is probably shivering from cold.

I can't believe he is a Wolf? A werewolf.

It's like I'm inside of a fantasy story.

I'm trying to be optimistic but I can't keep going anymore.

I stopped the carriage and jumped to the muddy ground I carried Umera on my shoulder.

He is much lighter now.

He is warm, so warm.

There's a mountain nearby, I'll hide under any large rock to take shelter from the rain.

But luckily I found a cave.

It's so dark, I can't go there, maybe there are bears or snakes or wolves.

I'm holding one already.

I sighed and sat down inside the cave but not so deep inside.

I collected some large leaves to cover Umera's body.

I checked his pulse which is normal, his heat temperature is very high.

I hugged myself, I'm freezing, my clothes are completely wet I should light a fire.

I searched for some rocks and leaves.

I slightly remember my brother taught me how to make a fire.

The problem is, the wood is very wet.

I yawned for the seven times already decided to sleep while hugging Umera.

He is warm and that's enough.

When I woke up, I saw already a fire been lighted on, we were inside the cave.

There are many dead bears around me.

Umera is cooking something.

" Ugh "

I hold my head, trying to sit, Umera ran towards me helping me sit.

" Know who is your real enemy "

I remembered Alex's words while Umera worriedly is looking at me.

" Hazel, I swear I would never kiss another person but you, I can't cheat on you, please trust me "

He said and I smirked.

" You think that's the problem now? Didn't you see what happened, a Vampires group attacked us, while you, you- "

" Sorry I didn't tell you before "

He said while looking at the ground.

" How can you hide something like that from me? You planned to stay with me, even marrying me or something, while you're a WEREWOLF? "

He pat on my hand then stood up.

"Knowing the truth won't do anything to us but bad memories, you think I chose to be a Werewolf? I want to have a normal life with you, THAT'S ALL that I WANT! But everyone hates me, they just want to kill me, kill my mate, destroy me, is that it? THAT'S NOT THE LIFE I CHOSE! "

He kept screaming while kicking some dead bear.

" I just wanted to know about you Umera, About our past, your, past, you can be whoever you want after that, wolf or Vampire or human, even zombie I won't blame you, JUST, TELL, ME! "

I took a deep breath and he finally looked at me.

" I, I shouldn't be here, I supposed to be an alpha leading Noreen's pack, I should be with my mother Rena, Father Alfred, but they both abandoned me, threw me to the humans "

He said while walking around the place, it was, terrifying.

" Umera "

" No one ever accepted me, no one told me to stay before, you're the only one Hazel and I won't let you leave me, not before and not now! "

He is coming towards me I panicked.

" Who said I'm going to leave you! You being a werewolf, well, it's strange, but I won't leave you, I can't leave you, I love you "

I quickly said I don't know, I felt like he was going to eat me or something, his eyes were terrifying, my legs can't hold me any longer.

He smiled widely, wiping his tears then looked at me.

" Even after what you saw today at the tavern ?"

" Even after that"

" After you know I'm a werewolf, a monster? "

" You're not a monster, even with that! "

I'm screaming and crying at the same time.

" Hazel "

" What! "

I looked at his eyes that are glowing in the dark.

" I'll mark you tonight "

" What? "

" I'll make you mine forever "
