It's been hell for me ever since I killed Lilliana since she was another one of Alpha Darren’s favorites so he doubled my punishment.

He never visited me and would send his men to deliver his messages to me.

He also doesn't forget to deliver me being the cause of his sudden overwork.

I found out not too long ago the one I had killed was an Alpha of a neighboring pack.

“Just what he deserves!” I grunted at the thought of recalling my painful night.

My body is in pain, my wolf has finally gone into hiding, and she no longer responds to my calls.

My finger scrapes on the ground, and as I crawl forward, my whole body is etched with discomfort.

“Alpha Daren is on his way here,” one of the men guarding my cell door announced.

The chafing feelings in me surfaced, and I receded not wanting to have any body contact with him.
