‘Why me?’ Stephen wondered.
“I am grateful for your offer, Mr. President… But I am not accepting it because you offered me a huge salary… But because I want to help Alexa recover, too.” He smiled.
Albert Morris was pleased with his answer and smiled back at him. “You really are a good doctor. You’re not just handsome, but you're kind-hearted, just like everyone said. I am glad to have you in our hospital.” Stephen smiled, which had his dimples showing and his eyes squinting in delight.
“Please look after my daughter, Dr. Lee.” Stephen nodded.
“It’s my duty to look after every patient, sir… You don’t have to worry. Let’s just pray that she wakes up soon.”
