Chapter Twenty-One.

Jordan's P . O . V

Now I knew why he termed my office a hole without even getting to see it.

It was indeed a hole compared to the place I was now currently standing.

The wide and sparsely furnished office held an additional touch of elegance the pure white high walls were already more than enough to emit.

From where he sat behind his expensive mahogany desk watching me like a hawk, he appeared dominant in his territory and I swallowed hard at how inferior I was starting to feel for no reason at all.

He held out his hand towards the empty seat opposite him and that was only when I realized I hadn't moved an inch since I stepped in for several minutes.

I drew in a deep breath to fuel my low leveled boldness before taking difficult steps forward until I reached the seat and let my eyes look past him to the floor length window completely made of glass that allowed a very clear view of the vast city looking tiny and beautiful from up here.

I should complement his office shouldn't I?
