Chapter {54} Own Me
Dayos POV;
Derrick just called a few minutes ago to inform me of Esthers fear of thunder and darkness and that I should go check up on her.
However, when I went to check on her, she said she was fine and seemed to not want nor need help. So I really don't know how to help her if she needs it. She'd better be fine for her own sake.
I pull off my shirt and singlet, and dump my body on my bed. The power has just been cut and being that it's raining, all the windows are shut, to avoid any coming in. Which means heat is building up.
I am startled into a sitting position when Esther barges into my room screaming my name.
"Dayo! Dayo! "
She doesn't just stop there, but jumps unto my bed and grabs my arm. Shaking like a vibrating cell phone.
"What is it? "I question and she looks at me panting heavily.

Kunles POV; It's been weeks, sorry, months since I last set eyes on Esther. I miss her. Her sassing, beauty, tantrums, jokes, pranks. Everything. She used to go out of her way to please me.
