Chapter 10 Teasing

My mind jolted back to the present when Nichola's words sank into my head. I summoned all the energy in my veins and pushed him away and he stumbled on the chair and fell on the ground.

Panic washed over me.

"Nico…"I walked to him and bend to his level to check on him and that's when I realised that the flower vessel that was on the table had dropped on the floor and broken into small pieces.The glass pieces had cut his palms and it was bleeding.

"You're bleeding," I said in a worried voice as I checked how deep the wounds were but he didn't say anything.

He groaned when I helped him to stand up from the ground.

"Does your back hurt?"I inquired, "It's all your fault!"He said and I couldn't help but roll my eyes at his words.

"You wouldn't be hurt if you could stay away from me."He groaned at my words.

I walked to the drawer and picked up the first aid kit. I carefully grabbed his hand and began to clean the wounds. His wounds were healing but I know cleaning and covering them f
