Episode 5

Alisha has planned to keep acting until her sister wakes up. But She will make an excuse meanwhile to buy some time for her. No matter what she can't let her brother-in-law approach her thinking her Alissa. She has to find a way to make him clear that she is not ready to extend their relationship right now.

Jacob just came out of Mr. Harbor's study room. He has been working on establishing a company here and settled down here with Alissa.

He rubbed his eyebrows after using Laptop for a long time and decided to drink water. But He stopped when he noticed Alisha was standing with her phone. She looks worried and anxious about something.

He approaches her with fast steps and smiles.

" What are you thinking so deeply? Stop frowning, Love" Jacob pinches the top of her nose playfully. Alisha didn't say anything just heaving a sigh.

" Anything wrong?" Jacob looks concerned. Alisha bites her lip thinking about how she should start explaining...

" Well. I.. I have something important to talk about. Can. Can we talk somewhere else? It won't take time... I swear. "

" Why are you being so anxious? If I can't make time for my fiancee then for whom I can have time?" He smiles assuring her that no matter what he will be always by her side...

Alisha without wasting time, grabs his wrist and walks out... Jacob smiles when she holds his hand.

" Uhm-. I don't know how to say it. I don't want to hurt you... " She panicked while nervously shaking her hands. Jacob understood that she was under pressure. He takes her to the bench nearby and makes her sit down...

" Don't take stress. No matter what I am here to listen to you. I am fine with whatever you want to say. Even if it's something about our engagement " Alisha shook her head. She takes a long breath and looks directly into Jacob's eyes...

" I am going to be engaged with you. It's for sure. But.. Can you give me more time to think about our relationship? I mean We can start with knowing each other, going on a date, like a normal couple. Then We will think about everything including the physical relationship after the wedding. Can we? I swear I don't have anyone but you. But I just. I just need it. Need little time for everything "

Alisha huffs after saying those words in one breath. She looks at Jacob worriedly, trying to read his expression. She is afraid that Jacob might be disappointed in her. Everyone wants to be with their beloved. Physical and mental. But She is giving a boundary between them.

But When she notices Jacob is staring at her without saying anything. She pivots the beach and starts making a circle on the ground...

Jacob meanwhile in a daze, He never thought that Alissa would be worried about something like that. He loves her. Of course, He respects her every decision. He also wants to have a special relationship between them. But he doesn't feel sad that he didn't clear everything and scared Alissa off...

" Alissa!! Look at me" He softly spoke. But Alisha is more embarrassed after saying those words... She thinks that Jacob is thinking of her as some pervert who has a wild imagination.

When Jacob notices her crouched down without moving. He holds her waist which makes her start quivering. Jacob puts her on the bench and gets on his knees.

" Listen, Alissa". He locked her hands inside his large palms and looked at her. He kisses her hands before heaving a Deep sigh.

" I am not some people who can't control themselves. I respect you and your decision. I love you and your happiness is meant to me everything. I am afraid and insecure that in the future I disappoint you. What if I can't afford the life that you deserve? I know I will never do something to hurt you. I am all yours. When you want me, When you want me to kiss me, hug me, I am available for you every single second. I will cherish you and every moment I will spend in the future. So Don't be afraid. I love you and I can't hurt my Alissa"

Jacob's eyes are on Alisha's. Alisha didn't dare to look at him. Because she will be sad. After all those words are for her sister. But She smiles a little, placing her forehead on Jacob's shoulder. She felt relieved that Jacob was a gentleman.

" Thank you. Thank you for understanding me. And Alissa will cherish you forever... Jacob. She loves you so much" Alisha hugs him, whispering those last words. She buried her face on his chest...

" But-" Jacob wanted to say something... But Stopped. Alisha looks at him Raising one of his eyebrows, " What? Jacob!". asked Alisha.

Jacob laughs awkwardly while avoiding eye contact

" What? Tell me. I will do anything that I can do for you". Alisha insisted on knowing what he wanted to say... Jacob letting out a sigh, Cups her and looks directly into her eyes..

" I can kiss my girlfriend. Can't I?" He whispered right on her lips. Alisha's eyes got wider, Her face turned crimson red when he said that. She flushed and hid her face on his chest once again.

" Can't I? " Jacob strokes her hair while whispering in her ears again and again. Alisha nods covering her face. She is too shy to look at Jacob again.

Although it was against her wish. She doesn't want to touch her sister's Fiancé, but her heart wants to be a little selfish. She wants to get the person for a second. The person she knows will never be her. Desperate, she kisses him back, leaving all the bad thoughts she has in her mind. It isn't bad to be selfish for a second. Only a kiss won't hurt anything. Her eyes flash of light in tears. Her heart feels a strike of happiness. She can feel her beloved finally.
