Birthday

"Are your things already packed?" Dom asked as I was putting on the Sapphire stone ring on my left hand. I stared as it glimmered against the bright soulful sun of Manhattan.
"Yes, I'm all prepared..." I mumbled. I felt Dom plant a soft kiss on top of my head before doing his final rituals. We're going to the airport today to travel to Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I haven't been there yet. Heck, I haven't even rode an airplane yet or went to an airport. It's a bit frightening for me, but only a bit...because I know Dom will be there.
