SORRY?

Anna stood in surprise, staring at Alex who was walking over to her, the surprise on his face unmistakable. He smiled though when he got closer to her but when his eyes caught Matt, he frowned.

Anna was still thinking about what to do when the door of Evan's car opened, and he came out. He stood by the car in surprise and asked, "Anna, what are you doing here?"

Anna's heart began to race; she looked at all three men and closed her eyes. "No, this isn't happening. This must be a dream.

I was so stupid. How could I have come to this party? I didn't even ask Matt what sort of party it was. I should have known that they'll all be here."

Matt held one of her hands and asked, "What is going on, Anna? Why are you closing your eyes?"

At this point, both Alex and Evans had gotten so close. Anna knew that she wouldn't be able to face all three of them, so she pulled her hand away from Matt's and began to run out.

The three men stared at her as she ran away, wondering what was going on.
