CHAPTER TWO HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN

As I hold Dustin, I feel all of his pain. It seeps into me in this tragic exchange of energy and my only wish is to fix this for him. As Alpha I feel like it’s my responsibility to make everything better.

I can’t though. No one can take away the pain of a lost mate. So, I just stay there with him on the ground. I let him know he has my support. I try to absorb the pain for him.
