Danica’s POV
I’m so glad to finally be out of Noah’s grasp and back with my own wolves. Once I was dressed, Jessie grabs my shoulders and crooks his finger under my chin raising it to look up at him.
“ What did he mean that you were his mate?” He asks me with worry in his eyes.
“After he took me we both discovered that we are fated mates. He had kidnapped me for the sole purpose of killing me because he seems to think that he is the rightful heir to the Ravens Blood pack. But once we were face to face then we both realized that we were mates. And that seemed to put a major kink into his plans because his wolf “Morgan” would not let him kill me.” I explain to Jessie. Danica’s POV It’s been 3 months since I shifted for the first time and the pain is still fresh in my mind. I awoke on a crisp fall morning to get ready for school when a familiar sharp pain shot through my body again.
