Chapter 22 : To Be Powerful

Raine's POV

I blankly stare at the wall in front of me while hugging my knees. Xenee took me back to our home after she finishes apologizing to the Queen. She has also explained to both Red and Jiro about what happened.

I can feel their pity gazes as I continue to face the wall while sitting in our bed. What happened to them? Why did they forget about me? Did I disappear for a long time so that they easily forgot about my existence? Or did they all get in an accident?
