Lexi’s pov

When Nolan and I returned from our outing in town the mansion was full of the Alpha's guards.

I waved at Freddie and he nodded his head at me but was busy so he didn't stay to chat.

Sitting at the dining table I took out the purchased supplies and asked Nolan for the stone so I could begin creating a pendant.

“You think your father is going to fill the passageways,” I asked Nolan.

He shook his head and explained that they were useful for the werewolves and needed to remain clear in case we needed to use them.
