Elena~

“William’s is dead”

I stood there, gaping openly as I assimilated the words that just left his lips. Williams is dead. The tyrant that believes he’s on top of the world is dead. He is now six feet under and hopefully rotting away like the piece of garbage that he is.

A chuckle escaped my lips. Jake cocked an eyebrow, lips palmed into a thin line.

“I’m sorry, it’s just..it’s funny.” I say but he didn’t look impressed. I groaned internally, rolling my eyes.

“So William’s is dead now?” I asked again and he nodded, taking a sit on the chair.

“Why did you think I’ll know about that? I’ve been in that room struggling for my life.” I snapped. I probably shouldn’t but I suddenly felt pissed.

He leaned against the chair, eyes raking my build. “Stop.” I voiced out. His eyes widened slightly.

“What?”

"Stop looking at me like that. I don’t like it.” I stated flatly. He paused again, looking at me intently and rolled his eyes.
