Jones stood up again and cleared his throat, "ahem*. Barr Umar I hope you know why you're here. I strongly believe that late Benjamin and his wife didn't prepare their last testament. before his death he always stated that he would write his testament of WILL when he clock 60 years , but unfortunately he was just 43 before his sad demise. without much Ado, let us know what is on ground so you can process change of name to his estate"

Barr Umar stood up adjusting his spectacles. " thanks for your warm welcome. I understand all you have said. but late Mr Benjamin Adams acquired everything they had with the name of his wife and fortunately, Mrs Tasha Adams made a virtual Will of testament on her death bed. 

Jones felt like thunder and lightening from the north just struck him. Letticia and other members of the family became dizzy.

Barr Umar continue, "since late Mrs Tasha Adams record a video of her last testament. I will take due probate court process and I will give you feedback"....

the lawyer was still speak when Letticia flared up and cut him off. " I smell foul play! you have connive with these woman to divert our brothers property. how sure are we that what you have is genuine". she said pointing her index finger accusing Lola and Barr Umar.

Jones chipped in, "how can Benjamin acquire everything in Tasha's name! how come? are we some kind of joke to you?"

Barr Umar sensed that they were turning aggressive he pick up his briefcase. "if you would excuse me"...

"And where do you think you going to? show us the damn tape or you aren't leaving this place"! Letticia and Dale blocked Barr Umar from leaving. 

Barr Umar handed the tape to his secretary to insert in the video player. they paid attention to the five minutes long tape. Jones heart sank into his bowel, the rest of his siblings lost their composure. especially Dale, she had put so much effort in this for the sake of jasper and herself!

"You! Hey! look at you sitting still like a frozen turkey your sister have completely ruined this family. I really underestimated her. may she suffer ten times more putting this family through this Pains". Letticia pointed at Rita Tasha's sister, who had been quiet at through the meeting. 

" you should know I can't be interested in my late sister's things, because we were raised with golden spoon unlike you poverty soaked fools fighting yourselves over property of someone who just died" Rita retorted calmly like a classy lady that she was.

Letticia left Barr Umar, fumed towards Rita, but her bodyguard blocked from touching her

Rita said "well, I thought you want us to talk about how to raise Niyola but seem you hungry vultures are here to hoard the deceased properties." time is my currency I don't waste it. she signal her bodyguard to help her stand up.

"I know you will not be bothered about anything when you have stolen all the jewelries your sister acquired with Benjamin's money in guise of investment!" .Dale said 

Rita look indifferently, "it's my sister's jewelry box, what if I have it what will you do ? y'all can go jump off a cliff I don't care. Lola let's leave this scavengers"!

" woman tamed your sharp tongue"! Jones was furious to the extent that his entire body was shaking

Rita glared at him from head to toe and left. Lola also follow her out. Lola can I have a moment with you?. yeah sure let's find place Lola answered.

at the restaurant outside the estate. Lola ordered Ceaser's salad for Niyola. while they talk.

Rita stared at Niyola And sighed." I have transfer my share to Niyola Adams name and that will be for her upkeep and needs whatsoever. I will send a copy of my testament to a security company in London and I will also send copies to you and my lawyer in California"

she paused for a while and continue "I want you to know that I never hated you, I was just jealous of how much Tasha was doing for you and the way the two of you were committed to yourselves, could you fill the vacuum Tasha left behind ? Rita smiled bitterly. they wept hugging each other for some time before Lola gently pulled out.

by the way, can you help me secure the jewelry box for Niyola with the security company too? 

"I want you to bring Niyola to London for a week. where her blood specimen will be taken so ensure her access the document in the future". Rita said

"wow that's a very impressive technology"!!. Lola complimented. 

by the way Franca should take my house in Parkview estate, that is my token for her commitment to late Tashaster, I heard she saved Niyola at the expense of her own.

You know.. I wonder how everyone around Tasha is so upright or is there something I need to know? meanwhile l want to spend time with Niyola" Rita teased as they walked out of the basement.

"that stupid bitch! I pray she continue to burn in hell till eternity!" Jones yelled

how could she Will fifty percent of the total estate to that small thing?!!, ten percent to the whole family, ten percent to be shared among orphanage homes, twenty percent to Lola's children and ten percent to Franca!. if she hadn't recorded it, I would have dragged that bastard Umar to court. 

"I have a suggest. Dale diverted everyone attention to herself. " can't we get that her friend and niyola out of the way? 

hell no! please count me out of that your plan. I don't want the blood of orphan to haunt me. Letticia said because she knew Dale and jasper were childhood sweetheart and she was still jasper's mistress.

"I know you are a coward, but if we succeed you would want to take what belongs to an orphan right?" Jones asked Letticia before turning to Dickson and Dale, "we will have to wait and keep our plans under wrap to avoid suspicions"
