Remy and I stumbled into my room, the door slamming behind us with a loud thud. His toned arms lifted me up, and my legs automatically wrapped around his waist. I held his neck and pulled him to a deep, intense kiss. Our lips crushed together, feeling an insatiable hunger for each other He placed me gently on the bed, trailing his mouth from my lips down to my neck, his lips and tongue hungrily devouring my skin. A moan escaped my lips as he sucked a tiny little spot just below my ear. “All of you, bare,” he growled against my neck. I could feel my juices trickling down my swimsuit bottom, as if he had read my mind, and I was completely helpless against his will. I pulled him closer and tangled my fingers in his silky hair. “Take it off,” I whispered in his ear. It did'nt matter what it would cost, or what it would get me. I wanted to lose myself in him, to drown in the pleasure he was giving me. “By the time I'm done, you'll be naked, Rose,” he murmured. I heard the string of my swimsuit top tear, and a gasp escaped my lips, then turned into a deep, wanton moan as he slipped a hand between my legs and rubbed my damp panties slowly in circular motions. **************** The evening sun cast an orange glow into my room. “You have no right looking this good, Mira,” I said, resting on the doorframe with a beaming smile. “Honestly, my father will have a heart attack if he sees you in this on the wedding night!“ My dad's fiancée, Mira, burst into a melodious laughter. She was busy unstacking the shopping bags that were strewn all over the floor from our day of shopping. “Rose, you have a way with words,” Mira said, with a smile as she extracted a piece of exquisite black lace lingerie from a glossy boutique bag. She held it against her body and turned to me with a mischievous smile. “Now, what do you think of this?“ I gasped, then let out a loud whistle. “Well, damn! You are surely going to look like a whole danged meal in that!“ “Oh stop it!” Mira laughed hard, her cheeks blushing. Mira took a step forwards and gave me a playful slap on the shoulder. “You and your dad have the same way of complimenting, no wonder he is so fond of you… you are just like him.” “whatever you say sweetie,” I teased wagging my eyebrows. “But listen, after a few years of marriage, I want a sibling. Do you understand what I am saying? I need a little brother or sister.” Mira's cheeks turned a deep, furious shade of red as she gasped in shock. “Rose! Oh my goodness...” Seeing her cheeks so flushed had me laughing uncontrollably as I simply loved teasing her. Mira and I had formed a close bond right from the start. After my parents painful divorce years ago I had never seen my dad happy before. Until Mira came into our lives. She was truly kind-hearted, sweet and a million times better than my biological mother. My mother had abandoned both of us upon facing a huge business loss, leaving dad at his lowest when he needed her the most, saying she wanted to focus on her career. My laughter calmed down as I stepped forwards and gave Mira a tight fierce hug. “I love you sweetieeee pie!“ “I love you too, Rose,” Mira replied softly, her voice cracking as she hugged me back. She sniffled against my shoulder. “Thank you so much for letting me enter your and your dad's life. It... it really means the whole world to me.” I give her a look. “Aaaand you're unlocking the big bank of water again, huh?” I tease with a grin. She laughed through her tears and quickly wiped her eyes. “No, I am not!” Better, because there are are no sermons allowed today my mom-to-be,” I said rebelliously. “How many times do I have to tell you that you don't need to thank me for anything? Mira, you are the definition of perfection for dad. A thousand times better than my selfish mother, of course.” Mira's smile was now a worrisome look. “Don't speak that way Rose. Please. Remember, she is still your mother.” “As if I care,” I scoffed turning around to throw my face onto the bed. The huge pile of clothes moaned under me. “But Rose…” “Nope! No lectures for today mom-to-be,” I said loudly as I turned around to look at her. “But you had better arrange for there to be a whole lot of sexy guys at this wedding for me to flirt with. This virginity thing is getting tiring as fuck.” Mira rolled her eyes with a smirk on her lips. “Yeah, yeah. Let's do that so your dad divorces me before we can get married.” I let out a fit of laughter because she was right. Dad was insanely, ridiculously protective of me. In the past his frightening glare had successfully scared off multiple guys before they could even ask for my number. “Can we just pack dad up in a suitcase and ship him off for a few days?” I suggested raising an eyebrow. “So that I can have some actual freedom and fun?” Mira shrugged looking amused. “I highly doubt your dad would fit into any suitcase, Rose.” The bedroom door clicked open and swung open revealing someone. ”Ah, so what exactly is the master plan here?” Dad inquired stepping in with his arms crossed. His impeccable, uncanny timing never failed to ruin my life. I froze my heart dropping down my stomach. Mira looked just as guilty her eyes wide. “Nothing Dad!” I stammered out as I released a forced, very fake laugh. ”We were just... uh... going over some wedding details!” Dad didn't fall for it. His stern look was fixed onto me. “I happened to overhear the plans you two were discussing,” he said dryly. I could see Mira fighting herself not to laugh. I shot a deadly glare in her direction begging for help. My glare seemed to jolt her brain to life. Mira quickly cleared her throat and turned to dad. “Tom, it's highly inappropriate to eavesdrop on our conversation! It is downright... um... disgraceful, to say the least!” “Yeah,” dad replied rolling his eyes as he walked passed us. He took a comfortable seat on the sofa nestled into the corner of my room. ”And I must say it's incredibly considerate of you two to discuss the logistics of packing me into a suitcase. Bravo.” Mira's mouth moved up and down but no words came out. She was at a loss for a comeback. I sat up on the bed throwing a pillow aside. ”Well, maybe if you stopped scaring away all my dates, we wouldn't have to talk about shipping you away!” I exclaimed letting all my frustration out. “And you should start finding decent guys instead of little rascals,” dad replied not missing a beat. “They weren't little!” I protested. Dad smirked turning his look unto his fiancée. “Mira, do you agree with the fact that they were rascals?” Mira couldn't hold it in anymore and laughed out loud. My cheeks burned bright red. Okay fine, I hadn't brought any straight-A, perfect gentlemen yet. But I wouldn't let out defeat in front of him. “I mean, they were not rascals!” I yelled glaring at him. “Of course they were,” Dad said confidently, annoyingly. ”Each one of those boys was a rascal. None of them had good intentions.” I crossed my arms muttering under my breath. The truth was I didn't want the good intentions, but I clearly couldn't tell him that. “Why do you always meddle in my relationships, huh?” I demanded raising my voice. “I'm twenty-one years old! I have the right to choose who I want to date!” “Of course you do,” Dad agreed calmly tilting his head. “But if you constantly choose the worst among them I do reserve the right to intervene.” Damn him and his perfect parent logic. I was left with no words to say staring at him in the face. Heaved a massive, defeated sigh. “Well then, I suppose that concludes our little disagreement for today,” dad declared as he stood up from the sofa brushing off his trousers. “Now my dear daughter and my lovely fiancée, how about we put aside the idea of packing me in a suitcase and focus on actually packing our clothes for the trip. We need to leave early for the flight.” Mira blinked looking at him surprise. “By the way, when exactly is our flight?” “We have to be at the airport before 7 PM,” he said as he checks his wristwatch. “So, we had better start getting ready right now.“ “Can't the flight be delayed?” I groaned loudly throwing my head back and stretching my arms lazily above my head. “We literally just came back from shopping. I'm exhausted.” He shook his head no. ”Nope. We have to get to the mansion early to prepare the estate for the arriving guests. They will be landing starting tomorrow morning.” “No rest for the weary I guess,” I mumbled rolling my eyes. “Probably not,” Dad said. “And the trip requires us to be completely ready.”Rose's POV I currently sat in my dad and Mira's room. There was a pile of clothes on his bed. He had bought them as presents for his friends and some family members. Now that they had been sorted and packed, there were two shirts left; both identical.“Why are there two shirts?“ I asked, setting the magazine I'd been flicking through down on the nearby table. “I brought them as a back up incase Remy had got a bit more muscular. They're two different sizes,” my dad chuckled. He leaned forward and sat on the bed. “He really has built himself up like a giant.“I didn't think his build could resemble that of a giant. He was very subtle with his muscle and his muscles worked perfectly to balance each other. Although his muscles were hidden underneath his clothes, you could easily tell he was a perfect male.“They both seem to be the same size. I guess it doesn't matter which one he wears,” Mira said, looking at the shirts. My dad groaned, stretching his arms out to relieve the stress fro
Rose's POV "Rose come out of the pool, you'll catch a cold!" my dad shouted. I chose to ignore him and swam to the other side.“Ugh, I'm not a child! Go take your nap!“ I shouted back. The party had ended an hour ago, meaning I was able to see how big my dad's mansion was. Over hundred people had attended. I felt like today would be a different day for the wedding.“Rose come out of the pool now!“ my dad ordered. I still ignored him. There was only four people by the pool. Me, trying to enjoy my swim. Mira, trying not to laugh. My dad wanting to spoil my swim. And Remy just watching silently from one of the messed up deck lounges. “Dad I'm an adult, let me enjoy my swim!As expected my dad's face changed colour. “What did you just say?!“ “Dad I'm an adult!“ I replied ,making Mira laugh uncontrollably. Even Remy couldn't hold back his laugh and was trying to hide it with his hand.“Miss Rose Henderson, get out of that pool now!“ my dad shouted.“Oh let her have some fun!“ Mira exclaim
Rose's POV I leaned against the cool balcony railing. Below me, the arrival line stretched out into the driveway, but I had managed to slip away early. More importantly, I had successfully avoided Remy. That man made absolutely no sense; every time I saw him, he somehow looked more handsome than before. From my perch, I watched the crowd gathering around the pool. It looked exactly like a scene from a luxury summer movie. The terrace was packed with the sons of my father’s business partners, all of them looked gorgeous and trying entirely too hard to impress. But my eyes ignored everyone else. I kept looking back at the French man lounging on a deck chair. Remy possessed an effortless elegance that the others lacked. His blue eyes caught the afternoon sunlight, and he wore a casual linen shirt with just a few buttons left open. His gym-toned frame was impossible to ignore. I wondered what God was thinking when He made him. He truly felt too perfect to be real.I forced myself to look
Rose's POV I woke up from the sunshine pouring through my window. I blinked my eyes shut and hid my face in my pillow. I hate mornings. Sighing heavily I dragged myself out of my bed and shuffled my way to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth very slowly; as I always do. Finally I had a long shower.I wanted to look as awake as possible. My Dad had said some of his friends were coming. My friends were coming tomorrow to help us celebrate the upcoming wedding. I blow dried my hair and then put on a tank top and shorts. As I walked down the hallway I could hear nothing so no one had arrived yet. However as I got closer to the kitchen I could hear my Dads and Mira’s voices. I smiled as I walked into the room and said, “Morning lovebirds.” They were cooking breakfast. Mira was sitting on a high stool and my Dad was standing by the stove.“Morning sweetheart,” they both saidbit at the same time. I leaned over the stove inhaling the aroma of what Dad was cooking. “What’s the chef cooking toda
