Nadia POVIt's too hot....I place my hand above my eyes to shield them from the harsh sunlight that is out in full force today. It's beaming down over me, and I feel the intense warmth on my skin. I'm currently tending to the garden at the pack lands, as it's one of the many “duties" that Mike has assigned me with. I don't mind it, but some days it can be back breaking work, like today. Nadia's POVMy heart pounds as I walk out of the packhouse, with Nathaniel in tow. I turn as I reach the ground from the steps, but I'm not expecting him to be right there.
