No one to ask

Lisa did not went to house instead she walked aimlessly on footpath. Her steps halted outside an amusement park. Parents were enjoying their quality time with their children. Family of three, four and two walked hand in hand. Some parents were buying cotton candy for their children while some were line up to buy ice creams. 

She shook her head and stepped inside the park. Her eyes wondered and spotted an empty bench. Lisa sat there watching beautiful couples teasing each other and parents doting their children. A lonely tear escaped from her eyes but she wiped it quickly with the back of her hand.

"Young girl." an old sat beside Lisa and patted her shoulder.

Lisa looked at the wrinkled yet smiling face. She passed a warm smile to old lady and turned her gaze.

"Why are you upset young girl?" She looked at Lisa's reddened eyes and asked with pity.

"Nothing ma'am. Just some bad memories." Lisa shrugged her shoulders.

"Call me Lilith, dear.
