Chapter:10

Kera POV

"Welcome home. I was thinking of filling a missing person's report." Is the first thing I hear when I enter the kitchen. Nadine sits at the dining room table with what looks like steaming hot coffee.

"Morning." I whisper to her and get myself some coffee.

I left Parker's house after showering a couple if minutes after him. I was still in his shirt but I had the boxers on this time. I didn't feel the need to change but judging from the look Nadine's giving me, I should've gotten dressed.

"How was your night." She says suggestively wiggling her eyebrows. I roll my eyes but a blush covers my cheeks.

"It was okay. We ate, had a few drinks and we went to sleep because it was really late." I tell her leaving out the steamy details.

"Where's your dress? Torn on his bedroom floor?" She teases and I blush. "It isn't torn or on his bedroom floor. I just didn't want to change. You ask too many questions." I tell her, hiding my pink cheeks behind my hair.
