Alessio's POV

"The cancer has gotten worse and she is constantly in pain. She was hiding it the whole time we were with her. She has a few weeks left." I tell my sister and I hear her break down on the other end of the phone.

"El, please don't cry. I know it's hard but you have to be strong for Mama." I tell her and she tries to control it.

"I can't without her, Les." She sniffles and I sigh. "Do you want me to come over?" I ask and she sniffles before giving me a soft yes.

I hang up and get up from my office chair. I walk up to my room to find Kera sleeping. We got back from the club this morning at five so I let her sleep it off. She got hammered.

I don't want to leave her while she's hungover but my sister needs me. I put on some jeans and a black shirt before getting my sunglasses and walk down. I scoop my keys up from the table and walk out to my car.

I drive to the store to get some snacks to cheer her up with before driving to her flat.
