"I'm sorry about what I said the other night. You're a great dad." I told uncle Ian and he nodded at me as we were sitting alone in the kitchen.

"You're forgiven." He said softly. "You know Liv, I always felt this undeniable connection between us. It's like I knew you were my daughter and that I just had to protect you." He said and I nodded at him.

"I was so mean to you. And I shouldn't have been. And now I feel guilty because words can cut really deep." I told him and he smiled at me.

"That's part of parenthood. But do you wanna know something crazy? No matter how much you or Cole hurt me I will always love you." He told me and a tear rolled down my cheek.
