Let's go get her

Alex hugged Ayla tightly then they entered inside . When she went in , she saw her dad washing the dishes while her mother cooked .

" What a nice sight ! What a delicious aroma ! I am glad that I came half an hour earlier than usual . " said Ayla with a smile .

" Daughter ? Welcome ! " said her dad with a smile when he saw her .

" Mr Adam ! It's pleasure to see you . " said Ayla in a polite tone . 

" Sweetie ! Welcome home ! Were you tired today ? " said her mother with a warm and caring smile .

" A bit madam Nikole ! I can't wait for you to finish your cooking . " said Ayla with a  smile .

The formal tone that she used in a joking way made her parents laugh . Ayla looked around and she noticed that there was someone who was missing .

" Where is Nikolas ? " asked Ayla .

" Nikolas , fell asleep earlier today . He wanted to wait for you but he was tired from all the playing and learning he had done these days . The therapist is praising him a lot lately . " said Nikole .

" Really ? I will go and see him . " said Ayla with a smile and went to her brother's room .

Apart from Alex , Ayla had another younger brother called Nikolas . Unfortunately , Nikolas was diagnosed with autism . He couldn't speak . He could only utter some letters and yell but he still couldn't talk properly . Ayla went to her brother's room and looked at him as he slept .

' My dear Nikolas........my sweet brother..........Sis will make sure you become healthy . You will surely talk like the other children . You are so smart . You will be the envy of all kids your age . ' thought Ayla as she looked at him and patted his head delicately to not wake him up from his sleep .

" Sis , mom said the food is ready . " said Alex .

" I am coming ! " said Ayla and kissed Nikolas on his forehead lightly .

When she went to the living room , where their dining table was , Ayla smiled and looked at the food with a hungry expression .

" All right ! Let's eat ! " said Nikole .

Before they could grab their spoons and forks the doorbell rang . The four of them looked at the door confused .

" I will go open it . " said Adam and got up then headed to the door .

" Hello Mr Adam ! " said the landlady of their home .

" Hello miss Bina ! " said Adam .

" Mr Adam , I see that you are having a meal with your family so I am not gonna disturb you guys any longer time . The entire building will change its owner soon . Of course , I won't be changed as the owner of your house . Anyway , the point is that the rent will be increased by three hundred dollars more next month which is.......tomorrow . Based on the contract with the new owner , for those who want to keep staying in this building , the fee will be increased . " said lady Bina .

" What ? " said Ayla with a shocked expression when she heard her .

" Miss Bina , this is......too soon . If we were to move out , we need to have the time to change places at least . " said Adam .

" Mr Adam , I came here again because I know how much you tend to forget things . I wanted to speak with your daughter but she wasn't home when I came . I clearly told you a week ago that you guys need to start looking for a place since the price will be increased . " said lady Bina .

Mr Adam remained silent for a few seconds then recalled the moment Bina mentioned to him about the house . His expression changed into a silent and regretful one .

" Adam , you...... " said Nikole with an angry expression but Ayla stopped her . 

" Miss Bina , three hundred dollars more , is too much . " said Ayla .

" Ayla , I know your family's situation but there's nothing I can do . Look ! The rent was to be increased with six hundred dollars more but I made an exception for you and made it only three hundred . " said miss Bina .

" I understand..........When is the time to evacuate the house if we don't pay by tomorrow ? " said Ayla .

" Tomorrow morning at eleven o'clock . Oh my ! Look at the time . I have to go now . Enjoy your food before it gets cold . " said miss Bina .

" Thanks ! " said Ayla .

' Thanks to her I even lost my appetite . ' thought Ayla .

After miss Bina left , Ayla took her wallet and prepared to go out .

" Ayla.... " said her mother with a worried tone .

" Ayla , I am sorry ! " said Adam .

" It's okay dad ! I.......will find a solution to this problem . You guys eat . We can't let mom's wonderfully cooking go to waste . " said Ayla with a forced smile .

" I noticed that lemonade is missing , I will go and buy some . You guys eat in the meantime . " said Ayla .

Her head was so messed up that the only way she could start to think clearly was by taking a walk in the neighborhood . When walking around Ayla tried to think of every possibility that could help her in this situation but nothing came to mind . There was no one to whom she could turn for help .

' .......I even got myself fired from the patisserie . What am I gonna do now ? ' thought Ayla with a worried expression while looking at the bright shiny moon .

After taking the long walk to cool her head off , she still couldn't come up with an idea . When she returned home she ate her dinner , she urged her parents and little brother to go to sleep while she sat on the couch looking at the moon .

' .......Please , show me a solution ! Please !  ' thought Ayla with a sad expression while waiting as the hours passed and morning came .

At the luxurious villa where the old lady lived , butler Albert handed her over all the information that he had found about Ayla . 

" You are quick like always . How do you manage to become even quicker with the passing of time ?! You are an old man but you are more capable than those youngsters we have . " said the old lady with a smile .

" Working as the butler of the Wright family for so long , has gifted me with a lot of experience . " said butler Albert .

' Let's see who you really are young lady . ' thought the old lady .

When she started to read some pages of the detailed information that butler Albert brought .

" Are you serious Albert ? " said the old lady .

" It's quite surprising , I know . " said butler Albert .

" What is such a clever and talented girl doing in a patisserie ?! " said the old lady with a confused expression .

" Maybe because she is the only breadwinner in the family . Her mother has a diploma in accounting but she cannot go to work because her son is diagnosed with autism . Her dad doesn't have a diploma and doesn't know where to start searching for work . It's a pity that such a nice girl gets to live such a harsh life but she loves her family a lot . " said butler Albert .

" You have hit the target right to the spot madam . " said butler Albert .

" Yes ! She is indeed the perfect person for the job . " said the old lady and got up from her seat .

" Unfortunately , her family is being forced to move out today . " said butler Albert .

" Move out ? What do you mean ? " asked the old lady confused .

" The building where she lives now , is the recent building purchased by the company . The rents were increased of course and she can't pay for it . " said butler Albert .

" What ? Why didn't you tell me about this first ? Let's go and get her . " said the old lady with a serious tone .
