Nova’s POV

Credit to my brothers they were working hard to distract me from the pity party I was trying to throw myself. It wasn’t working, but they were trying and that meant the world to me.

When we pulled up at the palace and I saw my new home I was overwhelmed at first as my new reality hit me. I was in the Royal city. I had always wanted to come here. You learn about it in school but unless you already live here or you have a lot of money to shop or business to carry out here, there will never be any reason for an average werewolf to go to the city.

Most wolves either lived in their packs or human towns. The Royal city was for the elite or the powerful. I was here in the middle of it. At it’s greatest symbol of power and luxury. Not as a guest or tourist but because it was my home and I was one of these people.

Luthor had held the car door open for me and as I got out he was beaming with pride seeing the excitement in my eyes. I don’t know where to look first.
