The tension in the room was almost suffocating. Neither Vincent nor Xander dared to acknowledge each other at first as his men led Vincent in with guns to his head. Xander's men finally withdrew their guns, stepping back but remaining poised for action, their eyes darting between the two brothers. Vincent exhaled slowly and lowered his hands, his gaze never leaving Xander's.

"Hello, Xander," Vincent finally greeted, his voice measured.
