Lennox's heart skidded to a stop, restarted, and pumped blood so viciously, that he thought he was having a heart attack. Something was terribly wrong with Lennox, Sophia concluded after her hundredth attempt to get him to speak up met with a dark hard wall. He wasn't even looking at her and Sophia wondered if he had been so repulsed by her kiss that he was now shutting her out.Sophia stared at Lennox's office, her heart squeezing. The beat thrumming through the air felt liberating as Sophia lost herself in its rhythm. Sophia winced as she tried to open her eyes. The sun streaking through the room made it all the more difficult, her hands automatically reached out, searching for the warmth she'd seemed to feel all night. The cold space beside her had her sitting up, her eyes becoming clearer. Sophia took in the surrounding, her face scrunching up when her brain finally worked right and she knew she was in her room. Everything felt odd, she couldn't remember what happened after the kiss. Sana stepped into Oliver's office and felt a rush of adrenaline as he sat straighter and put his phone away. Sana was surprised to learn that little detail about herself.
