My heart was pounding with nervous excitement as I waited inside my room for Jesse to come and fetch me. He invited me to come to meet his wolf, something that made me restless since the last time we talk earlier.

‘Carrie, come on! Let's go surprise Jesse in his room. It'll be better than waiting here for him,’ Vera urged as she kept on bugging me inside my head.
