Chapter 44 - I can't afford to lose you
Valentina gripped her backpack tightly as she walked inside the campus. The campus is huge with a wide field, students buzzing around, dark academia buildings and what not. Valentina knew that her first day won't go that smooth. She was prepared for any kind of bullying or ragging. Long back was that scared and stuttering Valentina. This Valentina is introverted but knows very well how to show people their place.
Valentina walked inside the class and was utterly shocked when everyone stood up looking at her. She blinked her eyes multiple times but then ducked her head and went towards the third row. She was again shocked when all the guys from that row went to other rows and the girls were left only.
"What the hell is going on?"
Valentina questioned herself. She sat down and just kept her head down. It was awkward for her. Why was she getting all the attention and such weird glances?
