2022-03-27 01:54:12The sun was setting and the Demons with us were still coming back with groups of men and women, we could hear faint screams while the portals were still open, but then there was a familiar scream, one that was similar to mine. There was a Vampire Weretiger in the A****n, and he or she was pissed. The portals closed and it was silent.
"Inform everyone that the trials are finished." I told one of the other Alpha's. "You all are to pick from whoever stays till the next day."
He nodded and I left, leaving a few Warriors behind. May the gods and goddesses protect the Alpha and those still in the A****n. I ended up going to a nearby village before sending a letter out to my Stripe saying that I needed all available doctors and warriors. We were going into the A****n to bring back the group of men and women that were in there. Hopefully with all of them alive.
It was dark by the time demons showed up with the warriors and doctors. I put us into groups before we all split and went into the A****n. Others from the trials joined us. No man or woman was getting left behind today. The Demons that could control fire were lighting the way for us. It was hours even after going through portals when we found the men and women, fighting Demons and Werejaguars that looked nothing like ones we've seen.
"Cerberus's Caretakers." One of the Demons with us spoke.
"They won't stand down until the Queen of Demons or a God or Goddess of the Underworld tell them to." Another said. "Only way right now is to tire them out."
"What about the Werejaguars?" I asked, stepping forward.
"Ferals. They're going to have to be put down. They've been corrupted by something a Demon, I am unsure of which."
So we all ended up shifting even the doctors and I leaped onto a Demon that was about to tear into a tiger that was badly injured and tossed him away. The tiger stared at me and tilted it's head before it ran back into the fight. The sun was starting to rise and soon we wouldn't be able to see the Demons. The Alpha that had been taken was passed out and tied up near what looked like it used to be a gateway to something.
I ended up ripping out the throat of a Werejaguar, and looked around. This was not going to end well for both sides.
H.E. NightowlLet me know what you think of this book. I know my last book a lot of you were unhappy with. I was going through a rough spot during the ending of it and lost my writing spirit. I'm going to finish this book hopefully with better writing. But if there is something that you aren't liking please let me know. Because honestly this might be my last supernatural book that I'll ever write.

The Feral Werejaguars kept coming, and men and women on both sides were dying. There was a demonic growl as a large creature with a skull over its head and covered in black fur with a tail made of bone appeared. I had never seen anything like it before. The Ferals stopped when they saw it, all shifting into their human forms. "The Great Beast." They whispered amongst themselves. "Take your fallen and leave, the Queen of Demons is not happy." Sorry for not updating but some family emergencies popped up so I won't be updating for another 2 weeks. I have the chapters ready but I am also going to use these 2 weeks to make sure everything is okay with them. Hope you all have a wonderful rest of your week. This will be the first time I actually share battle scenese I've written so I would like to know what you all think. What do you all think of Arung, Killian, Marlowe, Anne, and Beau so far? I'm thinking of adding another historical figure, I've got another few options but if you all have ideas let me know. Once again chapters will be updated twice a week, unless otherwise noted. So I know I haven't updated in like a week but I just added a new chapter and more chapters will be added starting in two days. Until then you can comment about what you think of the book so far or if there's anything you wish to see in the future. Most chapters have been written but I am still adding stuff to them everyday. Three weeks of sleeping out under the stars, and we were still following the Wisps. Others had joined us, when they found out we were going to look for the Alpha; Hoping that's where the Wisps were leading us.
