Finishing his words, he waved his hand toward Ol’ Joe, who walked forward and wheeled him away.

The doors to the rooftop closed and the only ones left were Sally, Blair, and Liam.

Blair twitched his lips, threw down the shackles that chained Liam, scoffed, and walked off right after.

Liam rolled over and crawled his way onto the center of the rooftop and glared at Sally. “What are you standing there for, come and get me off these chains!”

The moment Elijah left the scene, his tone toward Sally changed to being harsh and abusive once more.

Sally was still in shock from witnessing someone almost dying and immediately unbound Liam from his chains as he yelled at her.
