Amaya –Point Of View.

I stood at the edge of the cliff, the wind biting at my skin with two choices echoing in my head: jump into the water or turn back to the hell I knew. If I survive, maybe I could finally put an end to my suffering. If I didn’t survive……at least my suffering would end either way.

Just like every other time, I tried to escape my miserable life in the New Moon Pack, but today I was determined not to get caught. If they dragged me back, I feared I would never see the sunlight again.

The howls were coming closer, making my heart pound like a war drum. I sank my teeth into my bottom lip. “It’s now or never Amaya,” I whispered, shutting my eyes tight while gathering every ounce of courage I had left.

“Stop right there,” one of the guards sent after me barked.

I opened my eyes and turned back to look at them. They were close, but not close enough to stop me. My heartbeat quickened as I took a step back, ready to jump….when a hand grabbed me from behind and pulled me away, taking away my last chance to escape, and dragged me back to the pack.

“Please, just let me go,” I pleaded but no one listened to me.

Of course no one would ever listen to me. I wasn’t the Alpha’s daughter anymore. I was the pack’s slave now, a disgraced omega and the daughter of the most vicious Alpha the North had ever known. To them, I was cursed by blood. A reminder of a tyrant who deserved to die in the cruelest way imaginable.

My father, Alpha James, ruled with a savage hand. Dozens of packs bowed in fear beneath his reign. Ten years ago, he waged war on a neighboring territory and crushed them without mercy. He slaughtered their Alpha and tortured his family not for power, not for wealth but for pleasure. But tyranny never lasts. The fallen Alpha’s son rose from ashes, led a rebellion, and brought my father’s empire to its knees.

Being my father’s daughter, I was the final piece of revenge. The one they would not kill, because death would be too kind. They wanted me to go through the same pain they endured under my father's cruel reign.

They thought my father and I were the same, but what they didn’t know was that I had suffered far more at his hands than they ever did.

Tears welled up in my eyes the moment we arrived at the pack. I knew what was waiting for me behind that closed gate. I was dragged into the pack house and there he was. The Alpha stood just outside the pack house, his solemn face betraying no hint of mercy. Behind him stood the mate he chose after rejecting me.

Alpha Damon was once my mate, but he heartlessly rejected me in front of the entire pack, choosing instead to be mated to Freya, Alpha Liam’s daughter…. and once, my best friend.

They tossed me to the ground. My body hit the cold surface with a loud thud, my knees screaming in pain as they scraped hard against the stone.

My eyes locked with Freya, and a smug smile spread across her face. At that moment, I knew she had set me up. When she came to me, claiming she’d help me escape as a final act of friendship, I innocently believed her. But now….now I saw the truth. This was her plan all along.

“Sit up,” the Alpha roared and like a puppet, I instantly obeyed. “I warned you not to run away again, and yet you defy me.”

I couldn’t bring myself to speak. There was nothing I could say that would stop the punishment. I was used to it.

I knew my father was a terrible man but I wasn't him. My mother wasn’t either. So why was I the one being punished for his cruelty? Why didn’t the Alpha just kill me and make him pay for his crimes?

“Answer me,” he growled. But I remained silent, it was a better way to anger him more, and maybe it would push him far enough to end my life and finally put an end to my pain.

I didn’t want to live like this anymore.

He stepped closer, before I could process his next move, a thunderous slap landed on my cheek. The metallic taste of blood filled my mouth—bitter, like a rusted chain. I didn’t flinch. I knew it was coming like always.

“You belong to me, Amaya. Slaves don’t get to run whenever they want,” he spat, hitting me again. “You will never get away.”

By now, everyone was out watching just like always. Amaya is getting punished again. It was always a spectacle, a source of twisted joy for them to see me suffer at the hands of their Alpha.

I saw them snickering, some muttering curses, others wishing I would just die, while a few hurled names like stones.

I couldn’t blame them? They had suffered so much because of my father.

“Why don’t you just kill me?” I finally spoke, my voice hoarse. “You killed my father? And now you’ve made my life a living hell. So just end my life.”

“I decide when you die, runt. And because of your disobedience and your desperate wish to die, I have found a perfect way for you to do both… and still be useful to me and my pack.”

“What?” I breathed, dread clawed at my chest like ice.

“You will be sold to Alpha Caius as his fifth bride.”

I blinked.

No.

No, No, No.

My stomach twisted into knots, the air punched from my lungs.

Alpha Caius of Blood Howl crest, the Alpha who murdered his four previous wives with his own hands. The one they call DEATH itself. That was who they were selling me to.

“Please, you can’t do this to me! I will obey you. I swear! I won’t run again! Just don't send me to him,” I cried.

He didn't answer, he didn't even look at me. The Alpha simply turned away and ordered the guards, “Take her to the dungeon. No windows. Make sure she’s chained.”

“Please!” I screamed, but no one listened. Instead, they looked relieved and some even smiled. Finally, I would be gone from their pack for good.

I knew I was done for. The moment I stepped into his Alpha Caius’s territory, it would be over. No mercy. No escape. No chance of survival.

Because Alpha Caius wasn’t just any enemy, he was my father’s greatest nemesis. The one man who had sworn to erase his bloodline… and I was the last piece left.

  • Offered To The Beastly Alpha   Chapter Three: Not His Bride

Amaya – Point Of View After what felt like forever, we reached the northern border. The clouds above were getting darker now, heavy with the threat of rain. No one had spoken a word to each other. The only sound was the low hum of the engine. The silence made my skin crawl. I glanced sideways at the woman sitting next to me. She still hadn’t moved. Her posture was perfect, her face unreadable, eyes locked on the book on her lap. But even without looking at me, her presence was chilling. The air around her felt colder, heavier, like she brought the storm with her. I could feel it pressing against my skin, crawling up my spine. Every instinct in me screamed to stay still, not to breathe too loud. I looked away, my fingers nervously fiddling with the hem of my dress. The silence felt heavy, almost suffocating. Then the woman cleared her throat, snapping me back to reality. Slowly, I turned to face her. “I can’t smell your scent. Why?” My heart stuttered. A lump rose in my th
