GIANNA

Enzo smirked as he shrugged. He seemed to have a talent for reading my thoughts. Not that I was complaining. It made it easier than to voice out my concerns.

I turned back to Marco whose eyes were now open. He looked confused at first but after probably remembering what happened, his face turned red with embarrassment.

His eyes almost turned into slits as he glared at Enzo with hatred in his eyes.

He started to stand, failing miserably multiple times due to weak state. A bloody gash laid on his arm, probably from the collision. I was baffled how I could feel so much pain when Bryant, an almost stranger was hurt, and I couldn't feel a thing for Marco, my ex mate who I even shared a bed with.

I admit that the passion we had burned, although dimly, anytime we were close but it still wasn't enough. Now that I looked back at it, Marco lacked a lot of things and had a ton of bad flaws. He was arrogant, rude, pompous, violent and thrived on putting down the self esteem or those he cl

  • Omega Rejects Her Possessive Alpha   All A Lie

KALEN’S POV“Why would she choose a male that kidnapped her, and from what she said, locked her in a cell? And a rogue with nothing to offer but violence. You have no pack, no stability or anything of value to offer her.”Every word out of Enzo’s mouth just made me hate him more. And one of the reasons for my anger was because, in a way, he was right. If we were both judged based on different criteria for being a suitable mate, he would probably exceed me. He had a stable pack, recognised authority, and Nalia’s love. He also seemed more reasonable than me according to Nalia’s words to me previously, and deep down, I was a bit afraid that she would choose him over me.But she was still here, so that had to mean something right? She didn’t run away with him, instead, she was trying to get us both to listen to her. Though I think what she’s saying is absurd. Why would she be given two mates at the same time? It didn’t make much sense, even though I had felt the connection she was talking

  • Omega Rejects Her Possessive Alpha   The Past

ENZO’S POV“You both are my mates. I don’t belong to one person.”Hearing this from Nalia seemed so unbelievable. She had only been gone for a few days when one of my best trackers had finally caught a whiff of her scent. It had been a very faint trail, but eventually, we were able to trace it down to this area. Then we encountered the next problem. The area was crawling with rogues. They almost seemed more organised than other rogues. And they even had a border that they patrolled. It wouldn’t be easy to get inside to check for Nalia, but since her scent trail led us here, we had no choice but to infiltrate.Due to the level of coordination we witnessed from the rogues, we had to read more carefully. The best option had been to stage an attack as a distraction while one person would sneak in during the chaos to search for and rescue Nalia. Naturally, I volunteered to be the one to sneak in and find her. There was no way I was entrusting my mate in any other person’s hands but mine.

  • Omega Rejects Her Possessive Alpha   At Each Other's Throats

NALIA’S POVKalen barged into the room, and he was furious. He was also in wolf form, so I knew it would be harder to reason with him. He immediately lunged at Enzo, going straight for the kill, aiming at Enzo’s neck. Enzo dodged, and prepared to shift and battle Kalen, but I got in between them.“Kalen, stop. Now.” I said, and he growled at me, with his eyes still fixed on Enzo.“Kalen. Please. I need you to listen to me. Shift back so we can talk.”“Nalia, why are you begging him? Move out of the way. I can handle him. This is the male whose scent is all over you. I will make sure he regrets forcing himself on you, and hurting you.” Enzo growled.“He didn’t force himself on me, Enzo.”“So you’re saying he’s a good male? Is that it? You’re defending him?”“No, Enzo. I never said he was good. Sure, he kidnapped me. And he also did some things that aren’t nice, like locking me in a cell. But what he didn’t do was force himself on me. Blame him for the things he did, not the things he d

  • Omega Rejects Her Possessive Alpha   Rescue

NALIA’S POVKissing Kalen made my whole body tingle. He let me take the lead at the beginning, but he quickly lost his composure and took over the kiss. I could do nothing but whimper, as he devoured my lips. I heard a ripping sound, as he tore the clothes he had dressed me in off me.With one hand at the back of my neck, he used the other to touch every inch of me till I was dripping and shaking.“Kalen, please.” I moaned, and he chuckled.“Please what, my mate? What do you need?”“You. Inside me, now.”“Your wish is my command.”We lay in bed together after, till it was dark outside. I was asleep when I heard a commotion coming from outside, and Kalen immediately woke up from beside me. “What’s wrong?” I asked as he got off the bed with a frown on his face.“An attack at my east border. My patrol needs back up. Some of my best are down, waiting for me to lead them there. Stay here. I’ll check it out and be back.” He said and left.He didn’t bother locking the door, and that showed

  • Omega Rejects Her Possessive Alpha   Compromise

KALEN’S POV“So what? I should make peace with your Alpha and allow myself to come under his rule? Is that it? Why would I do that when I can be the leader? Why should I set myself up to take orders from him? Why should I lay myself at his feet?” I asked as I laughed.I watched the hope on her face deflate, and she lost her smile. That made me feel an emotion I haven’t felt in a while, guilt. She had actually been happily considering this alternative. I understand that she was trying to prevent a war in order not to lose her old pack members, but collateral damage was inevitable. I’ve been planning this out for years, and my pack, and plans are finally close to completion. I’ll admit that she was right. I was bred with my father’s resentment and anger, and maybe I made it my own. It’s all I;ve ever known. The thought of one day reclaiming my rightful place as pack Alpha was what kept me going a lot of times when I wanted to just give up on living a life of exile. So if I don’t have t

  • Omega Rejects Her Possessive Alpha   Her Suggestion

NALIA’S POV“Enzo is our Alpha. Nothing you do will change that. Invading will only make you the enemy. And I believe in my pack. I believe we’re strong enough to win a battle against you and your rogues. But there’s no need for such baseless bloodshed. War is never a good thing.” I can’t believe I have to even tell him this. How could war be a better option to him? And I was serious. I do believe that my pack would win a fight against Kalen’s rogues, but I also know that it wouldn’t come easy. There would be a great loss. And I’d rather not have to bury so many from my pack. We’re family.“So, what would you have me do, mate? What solution would appease you?” He asked me and I stared at him for several seconds to see if he was actually interested in listening to my idea, or if he was just messing with me.“Do you really want to hear it? Or are you just telling me what I want to hear?”“I actually want to know what your solution is. It doesn’t mean I’ll take it, but I’d still like
