Casper

Happiness flooded me as I carried Amelia towards the pack house, her face was buried in my neck in shame.

I made sure to pass places where people don't really peregrinate, I wouldn't want her to faint, out of embarrassment.

The few pack members that passed by us all had smiles etched into their faces on seeing her in my arms. Jasper silently followed me, he had been so quiet since the first day that man attacked Amelia without anyone knowing.

He blames himself for being the cause since he was in the next room to her that day. I've tried all those shitty talks people would have referred to as ‘Words of encouragement’ but he's still so adamant.

“Uh, I'll see you both later?" Jasper said when we got to the floor where his room was.

“Sure," I replied, I needed to discuss some private things with Amelia anyways.

He walked towards the room with his shoulders tensed, I could feel Amelia's mood change too, though she did not say anything to him.
