Chapter 3.

 "Here, she comes. My able Stirley" Nick started her day with such a pleasant entry. He arranges a chair next close to his, while Stad seats directly at the opposite. 

 "Stirley of course meet Stad, and stad meet Stirley. Obviously you two know yourselves because you made a great team" replies Nick appreciating the full effort of these guys.

 "Again, I hope you find it easy to locate me in spain. How is your family and business doing in Portugal? How was your journey coming to my quarter, hope you didn't find it anyway difficult?" nicks asks. He is simply trying to make the floor a little more welcoming for Stirley to feel at home with the guys. 

 Mere looking at her appearance already, her demeanour is telling she has had an exhaustive day. "It was not as rough as I would have expected it to be" replied Stirley.

 "This is where I mostly hang out, in my own cubicle, before maybe thinking of ever returning to my parents house. It just helps me to have a more balanced Outlook of life" says Nick.

 " Yea, it does" replies Stirley.

"Forgive me for my poor manner, I didn't bother to offer you something to eat and drink," replied Nick.

 "Then you are not such a nice and caring gentleman, as I taught" Stirley just teased him a little.

 "Then, for one last chance let me prove you wrong on that" replies Nick trying hard to maintain his high standard of always being a gentleman.

 By the powerful snap of his fingers, a waitress immediately rushed at receiving the orderings from Stirley.

 "So Stirley, you now have the waitress next to you, order all the choices of food and drinks, all on my name" Nick laughed as he said those mean but jokeful words.

 The waitress presented a list of all the Intercontinental dishes for her to choose from. "Okay, let me have the list," she says.

 

  "I want this, no not this, okay this, this, very importantly is this one" says Stirley. "You may now leave with the list, am done checking on the list" continues Stirley.

 The waitress listens to either Nick's body language or vocals for a go ahead. The services of this bar and cafeteria was designed just to cater only Nick's personal consumption.

 At the very go ahead orders of the Nick, such services are extended dually to other customers.

 "So Stirley I was just having a similar conversation with Stad, same gist  that I intended discussing with you" said Nick

  "but I am granting you, the permission not to speak until after taking something first" says Nick

 "Okay" replied Stirley. " Maybe, you can give me the plans and executions for me to see," says Nick. "Of course it is not a problem" replied Stirley. 

 She opens up her black slick bags and brings out the plans in white paper. Hand them over to Nick, to peruse.

 "Three beaches, glossary store … mhen I just don't understand all this scrap of a piece. So confusing to me" says Nick.

 Stirley seeing the funny and frustrating reactions from Nick, made her burst into laughter. 

 "No, no, no, I don't mean to make any fun of you. Not now, not forever. It was your reactions that was really very funny to me" says Stirley

 Nick gives the piece of white paper containing the strategy and plan to Stad, maybe he can better interpret it well.

 At one single glance the whole plan is laid bare, readable, clear and understandable.

 "Hey, buddy I don't think there are any issues with the plans. I think your very mind is not here, you are rather still very anxious. It is not allowing you to read and understand the lines clearly" replied Stad, holding firmly to the paper.

"Okay silly, what does it say "reply Nick, obviously needing the whole point of the plan "Alright, but be warned it is quite lengthy" "then Spill it, am not in any way complaining " Nick said these words in a relaxing atmosphere anticipating the plan above to be read out.

  "Your birthday venues are scheduled to be held in the following beaches 

1.Puente Romano in Marbella, spain which is 500m.

2.Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel

distance away from the first beach is 1.1 km and the last beach place is 

Marriott's Playa Andaluza 1.5 km away from both beaches" read out by Stad

  "But why use three venues, and not just a single venue. Because I need to know?" asks inquisitive Nick, who at this moment doesn't understand the logic in such arrangements.

  "All of the answers, you are looking for,  are all written and detailed in the plan" replies Stad, who doesn't want to be cut shot in what he was reading out.

  "Okay, then read it out" says Nick, since he finds Nick's last words convincing.

  "The reason for choosing three beaches and not one beach is for the following specific reasons:

Plans on inviting five hundred invitees: Using just a single beach side would be considered too crowded.

Where the celebrant stays in any of the said beaches, would be seen by everyone. The technology for that has been adequately arranged.

Arrangements of delegates: each delegate invited has been tagged with a beach in mind. The security guards will be mounted at the entrances to ensure delegates comply.

Convenience of the invitees:

After careful and thoughtful deliberations, we put the convenience of the invitees to heart. Eg a beach that seems farther for invitee A maybe closer to invitee B. Again the addresses of invitees are closely maximal with the beach venue assigned to each invitee.

At every designated beach, there are inns where delegates who are interested may pass the nights or two before returning to their places.

The inns are well equipped with world class standards.

Security is guaranteed, for guests who would love walking around the neighbourhood!.

Assessment and logistics,

 Locating the place wouldn't be a problem, because there are clearly marked directions.

  The locations of the three beaches  can be accessed by any of the Public transport available like the 'Gare de Tanger-Med' Rail Stations just 17 km away, or using the 'Marbella Bus Station' just 79 km and the best among all Closest 'Gibraltar Airport'  just 29 km. The locations of these beaches will definitely be flexible  arrangements for all our invitees.

       

Food, cafes & bars:

Top fast food has been assigned to the individual beaches, to provide all they would need in terms of food and bars.
