"White wine?" Damon asked running his hand through his hair.

"It was mom's suggestion" I answered, exiting the car.

There was no need to use a car but Damon insisted for reasons best known to him.

I settled for a black maxi dress with full sleeves and a turtle neck. Yes.

I had to change twice because Damon claimed that my first dress was too revealing and he didn't want Caleb taking any chances.

So he doesn't presume that I got all decked up for him.
