Chapter 16 Confession

"Katie." I looked at my back again because I just noticed that there is someone calling for my name again.

"Why?" I asked him.

"Before we left Palawan, can I tell something to you today? Promise me that after this our treatment for each other will be the same again, okay?" He said so I just nodded.

"Okay." I said.

"I l-like y-you." He said and he immediately looked a way, seems like a shy boy.

"W-what?" I asked him back, even though I already feel it few days ago, I was still shock.

"I like you." He said again.

"Thank you?" I don't know what to say, is it good for me to say thank you to him for liking me? I think yes.

"Thank you?" He asked.

"Yes. Thank you for liking me." I said then I finally stood on the airplane, we are finally coming back into Manila. I totally miss my Little Kiko.

"Katie. Here is for you." I look at my back because Yanna called me.

"What's that?" I asked her.

"A fancy necklace for the first time to go here in Palawan, wanna wear it?" She asked.

"I don't want because it's kinda for kids only, look at the colors, so plenty." I said.

"Okay fine." Yanna sighed and then I look straight at my front because Quen sat beside Yanna at my back.

I am not against if he likes me but it's kinda awkward when he already confessed his feelings.

"Can I sat beside you?" I looked up because of the voice I heard.

"You are also here? What are you doing here?" My voice rised up.

"I guess I swim on the river." He playfully smiled before satting beside me.

"Did I agree to your favor?" I raised my brows and he just smile. I want to shout! Arrrghhh!

"Chips?" He offered me a chips that was placed on the plastic.

"Don't offer me that, I have enough money to buy one." I said then looked away.

"Katie, yiee." Yanna said so I rolled my eyes on her. Not even funny anymore. They are all getting into my nerves.

"You know, why don't you get out of the plane? YOU.ARE.MAKING.MY.DAY.NOT.GOOD!" I said then he transferred into another chair.

"You have a lovers quarrel?" Yanna asked then winked.

"Yanna, can you please stop cracking Katie a corny joke?" Enrique said so Yanna stopped.

I just slept on the plane until Enrique wake me up.

"We're on Manila." He said and get my luggage, he gave his hands on me so I take it.

"It was so nice to be back." I said while feeling the breeze of the cold wind here in the airport.

"Are you going to your condo already?" He asked.

"Yes, I want to see my Little Kiko." I said and he smiled before we get our of the airport.

"See you on the another days Katie." Yanna said as she waves his hand.

"Enrique." I called him while he was driving.

"Yes?" He asked.

"Can I tell something to you?" I asked back. I don't know if this is the right time for me to tell him. He already confessed to me so I will do the same too.

"Sure, what was that?" He asked.

"Uhm... Ughh. You confessed something to me earlier right?" I couldn't tell him directly.

"Yuh. I confessed that I like you when we were still in Palawan." He said.

"I am doing the same too. I like you also." I said then looked away, he smiled.

"Are you shy? I already know that you love me since then." He said then remove the hairs on my face.

"I am just uncomfortable with what I heard but believe me, I will stay here. I will not be away from you." I assured him.

"Thank you." He hugged me and I smiled. I feel that purple butterflies are flying around me.

"Let's buy some for Little Kiko." He said as we stop in front of a pet shop.

"He still have more on the condo." I said.

"But I want to buy some for my cutie baby." He said.

"MY cutie baby, not yours." I emphasized the my on that sentence. Why all of the people around me wants to take Little Kiko? Is he that cute for everyone who likes him?

"He will mine super soon hehe." He said so I raised my brows.

"Kiko will never be yours... Until I'm yours too." I joked, it's up to him if he will take it seriously.

"Then answer my question, can you be my girlfriend?" He asked while winking his eyes on me. He is too precious.

"Just buy some goodies for Kiko hehe." I answered and he literally bought, I thought he was just kidding. Then we are finally going out, some students came.

"Hello, can you answer some of our questions? It's for our project." They said so I nod.

"Sure." Enrique and I said.

"Miss, would you slap your man for 1 million pesos?" They asked and I laughed before answering their questions.

"No, he's too precious to be hurt." I said and looked at him and some of the student looks like kilig.

"Thank you for answering our questions, we hope that your relationship will still be strong." They said and they wave their hands.

"They're funny." Enrique said and we get inside of the car.

"Super." I said.

"But what I most love about what they said is that 'our relationship will be strong', so what do you think?" He asked.

"Yeah, if we can be in a relationship. If the ship will sail, and if the ship will not sink." I said and he gave me a meaningful look.

"A figure of speech?" He asked.

"I guess." I said and he smirked.

"You are so bright in figure of speech right?" He asked.

"Not so bright but I know I have the knowledge in playing your minds with it, right? All of you thought that it does not have meaning but the truth is, they have meanings." I meaningfully said.

"So all of the phrases you are telling me are figure of speech?" He asked.

"No, not all. Sometimes I'm telling you the exact word. The exact feeling that I feel towards you." I said and smiled.

"Could you please elaborate the word feelings?" He smirked.

"Never mind." He laughed.

"Why? Can't you elaborate? Cause if you can't, I'm ready to elaborate it for you." He said and I laugh sarcastically.

"I can elaborate it, I just don't want to."
