Chapter 32: Survival of the fittest

The sun's heat was on Edward's face when he awoke. He covered his eyes with his hands so he could view the weather outside the cave and noticed the sun blazing brightly in the clear, blue sky. It was a clear, sunny day. The sky was a pure, brilliant blue, with white cotton candy clouds drifting through it. 

Edward was about to get up, but he saw Ella's arm wrapped around his waist. Later, he returned and lay down. She was sleeping as he cast a glance at her face. Even though she is sleeping, he finds it amusing to watch her. When she is sleeping, she appears to be a whole different person, as though she is nicer and more refined than when she is awake. Ella is somewhat rude and boyish.
