Kelly's POV

The cool night air was a sharp, welcoming shock against my skin, a stark contrast to the heat pulsing through my veins.

My heels clicked on the pavement as I followed him, the man whose name I still didn’t know, down the street.

He didn't speak to me, he simply walked ahead with purpose, his broad shoulders a dark silhouette against the city lights.

He paused once to glance back at me, and that look alone held a promise so dark and thrilling. It was a silent challenge, and I felt myself answering it.

The hotel was just a block from the club, a sleek, expensive looking structure with gold-accented doors.

The doorman nodded us inside without a word.

He walked past the concierge desk without stopping, because a key card was already in his hand.

We stood side-by-side in the elevator, a small metal box that felt impossibly intimate.

The air was thick with the scent of his cologne, it was clean, masculine, and completely addictive.

When the doors slid shut, he finally turned to me.

The silence in the elevator was replaced by the low hum of the machinery and the frantic thudding of my own heart.

“You can still change your mind, you know that?,” he said, his voice a low rumble, calm but with something heavier buried underneath it.

"Tell me to back off, and I'll walk away, no questions asked, no hard feelings." I swallowed, my lips suddenly dry, my heart was racing, but not from fear.

I suddenly remembered my friend and was thankful I told her where I was going before leaving.

But now in this moment, the feeling I had was an intoxicating mix of nervousness and anticipation.

"I haven't changed my mind," I said, surprising even myself with the firmness of my voice. His eyes, dark and intense, seemed to burn brighter.

"Good." The elevator dinged, and he took my hand in his large, warm, and confident one and led me down the hall without another word.

The suite door closed behind us with a soft click, sealing us off from the world outside. The lights were low, casting the room in a warm golden glow.

The air smelled faintly of leather and cedarwood, and the view of the city skyline glittered behind the wall of glass, a silent witness to the scene unfolding inside.

He didn't wait, he didn't ask, he just moved.

One second I was standing, and the next I was pressed against the wall, his mouth capturing mine in a kiss that was rough, sensual, and hungry at the same time, it was a complete takeover.

I gasped as he gripped my hips, pulling me flush against him, letting his hands roam my sides like he was memorizing the shape of my body.

The kiss deepened, all tongue, and a tension so thick it was almost unbearable. He was a force of nature, and I was a willing storm.

He pulled back just enough to look at me, his breath heavy and warm against my face. “Take off the dress.” My lips parted. “What?”

“Slowly,” his voice dropped to a guttural whisper.

“Let me watch.” My hands trembled slightly as I reached for the zipper and my fingers fumbled with the small metal tab.

His eyes never left me, watching with a predatory focus that made me shiver.

With each inch of fabric that slipped away, his expression grew darker, more intense.

He was consuming me with his gaze. When the dress pooled at my feet, leaving me in just my bra and underwear, he stepped forward.

His fingers traced a path from my neck down to my bra strap, a trail of fire on my skin. “I’m going to have my way with you tonight,” he whispered.

A gasp escaped my lips, a sound of both shock and pure, unadulterated pleasure.

I felt a shiver run through my body, a wave of heat that had nothing to do with fear. He didn’t give me time to respond.

With practiced ease, he unclasped my bra, the delicate lace falling away. Then he fondled my breasts a bit before going back to kissing me everywhere.

He placed my breasts in his mouth.

His hot breath sent a wave of pleasure through me that made my toes curl, and then went ahead to spend generous time sucking and worshipping both breasts like his life depended on it.

He dropped to his knees, kissing his way down my torso, his mouth hot and urgent.

I gasped, my fingers tangling in his dark hair as he explored every inch of me like a man starved.

His touch was precise, deliberate, as if he knew my body better than I did.

Then he stood again, shedding his jacket, shirt, and belt, methodically, like he’d done this a hundred times before.

His body was lean but solid, sculpted, chiseled, and his control was unnerving. He moved with a quiet efficiency that made me feel like a target, a beautiful, helpless prey.

When he finally pushed me onto the bed, his dominance didn’t waver.

His hands gripped my thighs, pulling me to the edge of the bed. “Hands over your head,” he instructed, his voice firm and unwavering.

I hesitated for just a second, a moment of pure disbelief, but then I obeyed. My breath caught as he pinned my wrists above my head with one hand, his touch firm and unyielding.

And he continued kissing his way down my body slowly and before long, I was shaking with pleasure.

He spread my legs wider and before I could think of what he was doing, his mouth was right in my core.

He was sucking and licking, me like he had found the elixir of life, and he wasn't letting go. He made groaning sounds, and I also couldn't hold mine in for the life of me.

What followed after wasn’t gentle, it was raw, intense, and urgent, he took control of my body.

I moaned, cried out, and whimpered, losing myself in the rhythm of his movements and the low, growling words he whispered in my ear: “You’re perfect like this.”

“I want to hear you. Don’t hold back, give it to me baby.” He didn’t just want my pleasure, he demanded it, again and again, pushing me to a place I’d never been before.

When my body finally collapsed against the sheets, trembling and spent, he kissed me once on the shoulder softly, almost too soft for the man I’d just seen unleashed.

He didn’t speak after that, he simply held me close, his breathing heavy and even. At some point, sleep took me.

When I stirred hours later, the light outside had turned pale, early dawn casting a quiet glow over the room.

I reached across the bed instinctively, my fingers searching for him.

But I touched empty sheets. I sat up immediately, my heart thudding, the suite was silent, and his clothes were gone, there was no sign of him, not even a note, I was completely alone.

  • One Night And A Billionaire Obsession    81. A Breath Of Love

Kelly's POV I decided to stay at Dylan’s house before my parents arrived because I didn’t trust myself to sit alone and wait. If I had stayed in my apartment, I would have done nothing but stare at the clock and check my phone every two minutes. At least here there was noise, movement, something to distract me from how nervous and excited I felt at the same time.I stood in his living room looking at the throw pillows on his navy sofa. They were slightly tilted. I stepped forward, plumped the left one, and angled it against the armrest. Then I did the same to the right.“Are you planning to redecorate my apartment, or are you just torturing my furniture?” I didn't turn around, because I could hear the smirk in Dylan’s voice and I knew he was just teasing me on how nervous I was. When I finally turned, he was leaning against the kitchen island, a dish towel over his shoulder.“I’m not touching anything,” I said, adjusting the corner of the pillow again. “I’m fixing it.”“It was a

  • One Night And A Billionaire Obsession    80. Bros Before Girls

Michael’s POVAs I walked to my best friend's office in a company completely different from my own, I could see the glass walls of Ryder’s office reflecting the city back at itself. If one didn't look closely, it almost seemed like I was back in my own office.Traffic crawled below like a slow pulse, red brake lights blinking in tired rhythm. I stood just inside the doorway for a second, watching him before he noticed me. He had a headset crooked around his neck and three security feeds open across his monitors, fingers moving with the lazy precision of someone who lived a life of controlled chaos. This sort of place was exactly as he liked to present himself, Clean, steel desk and nothing sentimental in sight. He looked up, caught my reflection in the glass, and smirked. “You gonna keep standing there staring at me or are you coming in?” I stepped inside and shut the door behind me, the sound of the door clicking shut was louder than necessary.Ryder leaned back in his chair and g

  • One Night And A Billionaire Obsession    79. Old And New Flames

Kelly’s POVMy phone buzzed on the table just as I was shutting down my computer for the day. Dylan’s name lit up the screen, and I was smiling before I even answered. I leaned back in my chair and stretched my neck, watching the office thin out around me. It was barely past three, the afternoon sunlight slanted across the windows, soft and lazy, and today for once I wasn't buried in paperworks and meetings.“Hey stranger,” Dylan said the moment I picked up. “You still remember you have a brother?”“Sorry, I’m busy surviving capitalism,” I replied. “It’s a full-time job.”I heard Hope laughing in the background, and I could already picture her leaning over his desk, and stealing his phone like she always did whenever she was in the room when he called me.“We’re getting dinner,” she said. “You’re coming.”The invitation landed warm and tempting in my mind. A week ago I would’ve said yes without thinking about it, because I needed a distraction from my thoughts. But I was still flo

  • One Night And A Billionaire Obsession    78. Blurring The Lines

Michael's POV I’d checked the time so many times that the numbers on the microwave started to blur. The apartment was quiet, and the only sound was the low hum of the city coming through the glass walls. Seattle glittered below me, but I didn't care about the view. Instead, I paced from the kitchen to the window and back. I had memorized every reflection on the marble floor. It's been three hours and the message I’d sent her sat open on my phone, there had been no reply.I told myself that it meant nothing. Kelly wasn’t impulsive, she weighed things, and she thought before she took any step. That was one of the things that had bothered me from the start, the way she paused before she made any important decisions, like she already knew the consequences. And I had just asked her to step into a decision that was surely going to have consequences.I ran a hand down my face and exhaled. This was a mistake, the rational part of my brain knew it, the part that remembered the promises I’d

  • One Night And A Billionaire Obsession    77. Step Into The Unknown

Kelly’s POVThe elevator doors slid open and I stepped in with my coffee still too hot to drink. I held it by the lid and watched the floor numbers light up one after the other. The cabin filled with the quiet hum of people pretending they weren't bothered even if it was Monday morning at the office. A woman stood beside me, and I saw her typing an email on her phone with one thumb while balancing her briefcase under her left arm. And then there were the two men in suits arguing softly about a deadline like the day was already slipping away from them. It was early, but everyone already sounded tired. When I arrived at my floor, I followed the familiar path to my desk, fishing my badge out of my bag to place on my desk out of habit. My heels tapped against the tile in a rhythm I’d walked a hundred times before. Nothing looked out of place, or saw I thought. Because as I walked closer, I saw my computer screen, and it was on.My steps became slowed and for a second I honestly tho

  • One Night And A Billionaire Obsession    76. Velvet Hour

Kelly's POV I went to Hope’s place because my apartment felt too loud. Inside my head, everything was turned up too high, every thought was scrambled, every memory replayed with a clarity I didn’t ask for.So I grabbed my jacket, texted her a quick are you home text, and left before I could change my mind. She opened the door barefoot, hair piled on top of her head like it had given up halfway through a bun. The smell of garlic and something sweet drifted out from her kitchen.“You look like you just escaped a crime scene,” she said in a way of greeting. “I escaped my couch,” I replied, stepping inside. “It was judging me.”“That couch has always been a snob,” she said. “Come in.”Her apartment was a familiar place that had settled into my bones. The same soft lamp in the corner, the same blanket thrown over the arm of the sofa that she pretended was decorative but used every night. I’d been here enough times that my body knew where to go without asking. I dropped onto the couch a
