Leah slammed her bedroom door shut, with her heart pounding loudly against her chest. She had fought tears all throughout the evening, now she let loose and allowed the tears to come. Her body trembled heavily as she slumped on her bedroom floor.

She pushed her knee against her chest then buried her face into her knee and wept. This wasn't part of her 22nd birthday wish she had for herself, she had all that figured out already and none of them had included being set up by her own parents.

Leah wept even more as a wave of bitterness and anger swept over her. Her body trembled even more as she thought of Nathan, she wouldn't have imagined in her whole wide world that she'll be stuck with such a man.

And this man….was painfully handsome, that was why he had chosen him last night. She hasn't been able to take her eyes off him last night, the way she was insanely drawn to him and had decided he was the perfect person she would sell her pride and virginity to.
