Elena's pov;

After two weeks,

"Hello… what? Wait... I can't hear you properly. Wait. I'll call you back later."

I ended the call with Nick and asked the doctor who was talking to the nurse while she was applying an ice pack on my hand,"How's my hand, doctor?"

"Looking good. It seems like you still need to wear this splint for another week. Did you put pressure on your hand?"

I shook my head and said, "I fell on it without knowing."

"I said to be careful. There's inflammation on your hand so you have to wear a splint to avoid further accidents."

"Actually, I got a flight to catch now. Is it okay to travel with this hand?" 

He gave me a stare and said, "Yeah, you can but be careful. And… don't fall. If you are about to fall, then do it on your right side." And left the room.
