An encounter part 1

~Maya’s POV~

I don’t understand why I am this angry; it seems to be permeating every part of my being. I simply want to find a quiet spot in the woods where I can let all of my emotions out. Although I am aware that he had a life before I came into it, I never imagined that I would have the opportunity to witness something like that. Even though he is my husband, the thought of slapping that gorgeous face of his right now makes me want to cry. Zion is currently a challenge for me that I just can’t seem to overcome. I really can’t face him right now. I reached into my bag and pulled out a tissue, then wiped my eyes with it to dry the tears.
