CHAPTER 8: LIVING WITH MY BOSS

Aurora’s POV

Dad has been forcing me to get married, too. He said he wants to see my children grow up. He also said he would love to walk me down the aisle. It’s sad that he won’t be here with me.

I looked at my reflection in the mirror.

I’m really getting married.

As soon as the door went open, I saw the smiles of the people in the venue while looking at me. I don’t know a single person in the room except Philip and Wendy who were glaring at me.

I was wearing an off-shoulder wedding gown and holding a bouquet of white roses. My heart started beating so fast as I started walking down the aisle with Timothy standing and looking directly at me.

“Timothy Lockwood, do you take Aurora Winters as your lawful wife and promise to be with her for the rest of your life?”

“I do.” Timothy answered without any emotion on his face.

“Aurora Winters, do you take Timothy Lockwood as your lawful husband and promise to be with him for the rest of your life?”
