The Card Game I

Lena’s POV

I always liked Jake. From the first week of college I watched him in class. Tall, easy smile, the way he focused when he studied. I think he stole glances at me too. I caught him staring at me sometimes when I laughed or when I leaned over my notes.

Exams were close. So I decided to invite him over to study at my place. My roommate was gone for the weekend. I showered early and took my time getting ready. I put on a fitted tank top and a short skirt.

At exactly noon, there was a knock at my door. I checked myself in the mirror one last time before heading towards the door. I had changed into a soft pink top that dipped low in front with a mini denim short. No bra under the top. Just thin fabric over my boobs. I wanted him to notice. I had spent more time choosing my clothes than I wanted to admit.

I opened the door. Jake stood outside with his backpack over one shoulder and a few books in his hand. His eyes moved over me for a second. “You look gorgeous.”

My face warmed. “Thank you.”

I stepped aside, and he walked in. “Your roommate isn't here?”

“She went home for the weekend.”

“Nice. More peace for us.”

“Hopefully.”

He smiled and dropped his bag beside the couch. We settled on the floor with our books between us. Jake pulled out his notes while I opened mine. Jake had barely been in my apartment for an hour, and I was already trying not to look too happy about it.

This was ridiculous. He was just sitting there. Still, every time I looked up and saw him in my living room, I had to remind myself to act normal. At some point, my phone buzzed. I picked it up and saw a message from my roommate. “Have fun with your Jake”. I quickly turned the screen off. Jake looked over. “Who was that?”

“No one.”

He shrugged and went back to his notes. I heaved a sigh of relief. A few minutes later, I got up. “You want coffee?”

“Sure.”

I headed to the kitchen, suddenly aware that Jake was alone in my apartment while I was making coffee for him. I smiled to myself. Get a grip, Lena. I opened the cupboard and reached for the mugs. Behind me, I heard footsteps. Jake appeared in the kitchen. “You need help?”

“I can make coffee.”

“I know. I was asking.”

I handed him the bread. “Then do something useful.”

He laughed and started opening the package. We ended up making toasted bread and coffee. Nothing special. But I liked it anyway. Jake leaned against the counter while eating, talking about one of our lecturers who had spent almost an entire class talking about something that wouldn't even be in the exam.

“He does that every time,” I said.

“Maybe he enjoys watching us suffer.”

“He definitely does.”

Jake laughed. I found myself watching him for a second too long. Then I quickly looked away. After we finished eating, we went back to the living room. My roommate had left the television remote on the couch, and Jake picked it up.

“Can we?”

“Five minutes.”

He turned it on. Five minutes became fifteen. We watched some random game show neither of us cared about, making fun of the contestants whenever they gave obviously wrong answers. Then Jake looked at the time.

“We should probably get back to study.”

I nodded. But instead of reaching for my book, I noticed something on the small table beside the couch. A deck of cards. I picked it up.

Jake looked at me. “What?”

I shuffled them slowly. “Let's take a good break.”

He smiled. “From what?”

I gave him a look. He laughed. Then I held up the cards. “Want to play?”

Jake grinned. “Sure.”

I looked down at the deck in my hands. An idea was already beginning to form. “Actually,” I said, “let's make it interesting. The loser of each hand has to do what the winner says. Or take off one piece of clothing. Your choice each time.”

He raised an eyebrow but nodded. “Okay.”

First hand I lost. I slipped off my socks slowly. He watched.

Second hand he lost. He took off his shirt. His chest looked strong. I felt heat low in my stomach. We kept playing. I lost again and slid my denim shorts down my legs. Only the pink top and my panties left. His eyes stayed on my bare thighs. Another hand, I lost. I pulled the top over my head. My boobs bounced free, soft and full in its glory, nipples already hard from the cool air and from him looking. Jake’s breath caught. He stared.

“Your turn to decide,” I said, voice soft.

He swallowed. “Press… press your boobs.”

I took his hand and placed it on me. His palm was warm. He pressed gently at first, then firmer. My breast filled his hand. He squeezed once, slow. I let out a small sound. “Uhh…” Time was short for that turn. He pulled back, but his eyes stayed locked on my chest. We played more. Clothes kept coming off. Soon I sat in only my panties. His pants were gone. Only boxers left.

The next loss was his. The rule said he had to kiss me. He leaned in fast. His mouth met mine hard. Our tongues rolled on. His hand came back to my breast, cupping it fully this time. Fingers pressed into the soft flesh. He found my nipple and rolled it between his thumb and finger. It tightened more. I moaned into his mouth. “Ahhh… Jake”

He broke the kiss only to lower his head. His lips closed over my nipple. Warm and wet. He sucked, slow then harder. His tongue flicked the tip. My other breast got the same attention, squeezed, lifted, nipple pinched lightly between fingers while he sucked the first one. I arched into him. “Uhh… yes, that feels so good”

His free hand slid down to my ass. He spanked it once, sharp. The sound filled the quiet room. Heat bloomed on my skin. He spanked again, then rubbed the spot. I pushed back into his hand.

I reached for the front of his boxers. His cock was hard, thick under the cloth. I wrapped my fingers around it through the fabric and stroked. He groaned against my breast. Jake pushed me onto my back on the soft rug. My panties came off fast. He spread my legs and looked at me for a second.

The game was over. We both knew it.

The next morning, I woke up first. Soft light came through the hotel window. I felt warm and happy. Ryan’s arm was still around me, and his skin felt nice against mine.I turned my head and looked at him. He was still asleep, and his face looked calm. I smiled and touched my lip. It was still a little swollen from all the kissing we had done the night before. Last night had been so good. I did not want it to end. Then my phone buzzed on the table. I reached for it carefully and checked the message. It was from my cousin. “Good morning! Don’t forget the family breakfast at 9. The groom’s whole family will be there. Including his big brother Ryan. He just got in last night. You’ll meet him!”My heart jumped. I read the message again. Ryan. Big brother. Groom’s family. I slowly looked at the man lying beside me. Is it same Ryan? The same guy who had held me, kissed me, and made me feel so good last night.“Oh no,” I whispered.Ryan opened his eyes. When he saw my face, he immediately loo

My hand moved from his shirt to his shoulder. His hand also tightened slightly around my waist. We stood from the sofa still close to each other. My back touched the edge of the bed. Ryan stopped. He looked into my eyes. “You sure?” My heart was pounding. I wanted it so I nodded anyways.Ryan leaned in again, and I closed my eyes as he kissed me again. I pulled him closer, just as a loud knock suddenly came from the door. We both froze. “Mr. Ryan?” a man's voice called from outside.I opened my eyes. Ryan stared toward the door. “Who is that?”Then the handle began to turn. And neither of us had time to move. The door was locked so the handle stopped moving. I held my breath.Ryan looked at the door, then back at me.“Mr. Ryan?” the voice called again.Ryan lowered his voice.“Give me a second.”He took one step toward the door.I caught his hand. “Wait.”He looked at me. I didn't know why I stopped him. Maybe because I didn't want the moment to end or because I was suddenly afraid th

Ava's POV The hotel was louder than I expected. People moved through the halls carrying dresses, gift bags, flower boxes, and bottles of champagne. Somewhere downstairs, music was playing, and every few seconds, someone laughed loudly. It was the night before my cousin's wedding, and I was already tired. I stood in front of a hotel room, staring at the number on my key card.“Room 408,” I whispered. I looked at the number on the door. 408. Perfect. I pushed the card against the lock. The light turned green. I smiled. “At least something is going right.” I opened the door and walked inside. I dropped my small suitcase near the entrance. “Finally.”I took two steps forward. Then I stopped. A man was standing in the middle of the room. He was tall, very tall and he was staring at me. I stared back. Neither of us said anything. For a few seconds, we simply looked at each other. Then the man slowly lifted an eyebrow. “Can I help you?”My face went hot. I looked at the room number again. “

The library closed early on Thursday. Jake and I still had half a chapter left for the group project in psych class. We walked back to my apartment with the same stack of textbooks he always carried. “Your notes are better than mine,” he said, dropping the bag on my kitchen table. “If I fail this, my dad splits the rent money.” I laughed softly. We sat down and opened the books. Jake leaned close while we worked. After a while he stopped writing and looked at me. “You were so sweet last time,” he said in a low voice. “But you’re a slut who needs more than one cock. You already know it.”I felt my face get warm. He had whispered those exact words against my ear when he fucked me. I still remembered how it felt. Jake smiled. “There’s a party tomorrow night at the blue house on Maple Street. Starts at nine. Come. My hockey friends will be there. You’ll like them.”I should have refused. Instead I nodded. Friday moved too slowly. I finished my shift at the campus café, showered, and pul

There was still no response. The kitchen was empty. I checked the bathroom. Empty too. My stomach tightened. His phone charger was gone from the wall. The jacket that usually hung behind the door was gone too.I walked faster. The apartment looked different. Not messy, not lived in. Just very empty. I stopped in the middle of the room. “I don't understand.” I rushed to the connecting door and opened it. My parents' side of the house was quiet. Of course, Mum and Dad had already travelled and they were not yet back. I checked just in case Ethan might be there but he wasn't.I was alone again. But this time, I didn't feel excited about it. I went back into Ethan's apartment, with my eyes scanning the place once again. There was no written note, not even a message. Then I laughed. It was a small, stupid laugh. Of course. What had I expected? That one night would suddenly become something more? I had known him for months, barely spoken to him, then thrown myself into his life the first mo
