Chapter nine

“Amanda listen to me, I….” Before I could complete my statement, she ran out on me but before she ran off, she muttered something,

She ran into the chambers but I was quick to go after her because for some reason, I wanted to explain myself to her. I wanted to explain and make her understand that I only did that because I wanted everyone to know they couldn’t mess with her.

I clenched my fists as I watched her run from me and for some reason, it broke me. It hurt me to see her running that far away from me.

I ran my hand through my hair as I continued to stare at her before staring at the person I’d just killed.
