Chapter Sixty Five- Please Save Her Life

Nick had informed his driver, Zach, to follow Cassie to the grocery store just in case anything went south. He obliged and practically teased her before she left. When she pulled out of the house, he climbed into a black Lamborghini and followed her, keeping a reasonable distance.

He followed her as she drove across the highway almost approaching the grocery store. Since she was just a few kilometres away from the store, he decided to stop by his favourite Pie Express, to get some burgers for his lunch. When he got back into the car, he accelerated for a few minutes and then pulled over again when he saw her parked along the highway. He wondered what could have gone wrong and drove a bit past her, peeping into the car before halting and coming down.
