Asher immediately pulled away from her. The rest of us turned our faces away pretending we didn't see anything. However, I couldn't stop the feeling of jealousy that crawled into me.

Not minding the way he pulled away from her, she blushed.

‘You left so suddenly that night. I was wondering if we could..’

‘Don't ever try that again.’ His voice was colder than I have ever heard. Her face turned pale but he continued, ‘I don't remember who you are or when we met but be careful not to cross my path next time.’ He walked off.

Judging from her shocked look, she must have hooked up with him once, since rumors said he became a womanizer after his fiancée left him at the altar.

Not wanting to be at the end of his wrath I walked quickly after him trying to shake off the feeling of being jet lagged.
